I just had to share the news that Vineyard Peach has returned to The Body Shop,just in time for summer.

Each product is bursting with luxurious peach kernal oil along with nine different community fair trage ingredients.

This summer essential will hit your local The Body Shop 22nd June.I loved this special edition when it first launched and wished it had hung around for a bit longer. Needless to say I'm going to be hot footing it to my nearest shop a.s.a.p

Going Gaga With Fame

When I saw Lady Gaga's offering to the perfume world,I have to say I was intrigued. The bottle was quite pretty and the prices were quite good. I then heard that a shower gel,soap and body lotion were on their way. Luckily I didn't have to wait long to try these lovelies out,thanks to a very nice pr.

The fragrance is floral and slightly sweet that's not too overpowering. There are no notes in this perfume, instead the ingredients interact together to highlight different notes at the same time without the need of the traditional fragrance hierarchy.

 

The packaging of the entire range is black and gold - very sophisticated.All of the products in the collection are Black but onc e they are used on the skin they go clear. It felt a bit odd applying black shower gel and body lotion but at the same time it is a bit of fun. The shower gel blends into a gorgeous lather and the body lotion sinks into the skin quickly, both leaving a gorgeous scents that lasted the entire day. Something I was very happy about, as I find sometimes shower gels/body lotions from perfume collections tend to not hang around too long.

 

All three beauties are available in all good pharmacies as well as Arnotts and Debenhams. The Shower Gel, Body Lotion and Soap have an RRP of €18.95 each/

Christmas With The Body shop

Christmas is less than 3 months away! Can you believe it? I feel like this year is going way too fast. One thing I love about it getting close to Christmas is all the lovelies that will be hitting the shops. To kick off my “Christmas With” series it’s the gorgeous goodies The Body Shop will have for 2012.

Special Edition Bath and Body goodies for Christmas features fruity cranberry joy, indulgent vanilla bliss and zingy ginger sparkle. Out of the three, I loved the scent of ginger sparkle. The range features lip domes (€8.50), soap (€3.95/€6.50, home fragrance oil (€6.95), hand wash (€9.95), shimmer lotion (€13.50), body polish (€14.95), hand lotion (€13.50) and bath crystals (€22)

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without gorgeous giftsets.

Rock some sparkle with your Christmas makeup. My favourites from the range isThe Sparkler (€23.95) which is the ultimate in boudoir chic with an atomiser to release a fine irridescent sparkle. I can’t put into words, how excited I got when I tried it.

At the event I was able to get my eyebrows threaded aswell as having a go and spinning a prize wheel. Not expecting to win much I spun the wheel and wouldn’t you know, it landed on a €25 voucher for The Body Shop. I dragged Donna from Not Just On The Inside into the store and made some purchases.
