New Look Cloud10Beauty

On the blog, I have always shared my love of Cloud10Beauty with you. With this is mind, I wanted to let you know about the stunning new makeover the site has recently gone through.

The new look site is of course, aesthetically beautiful but it also incorporates the latest in responsive web design. Meaning an optimal shopping experience by adapting layout to the viewing environment (phone,laptop or tablet) for easy reading and navigation. I have checked it out on my phone and I am really impressed with its mobile version. 

With the new makeover, all orders over €15 include free shipping. I love how that they are offering this!! I would easily spend double that on the website.

N.O.T.W Tanya Burr and Precious Polish

Its no secret that I am obsessed with nail polish. Between my own line and several others I have far too many. 

I recently received a sample of the new Tanya Burr (top beauty guru) nail polish in a shade called Little Duck. There are ten polishes in the collection,all look lovely but Little Duck called to me.I thought it would go perfectly with Black Magic glitter topper from my Precious Polish collection.  I was right and really love the finished manicure.

Little Duck is such a lovely pastel, I'm feeling it big time. The polish itself glided on effortlessly and took two coats. It did get a little messy looking, but that was purely my impatient streak.

Real Techniques Silicone Eyeliner Brush

I have an obsession with makeup brushes and can often be found have a good feel of brushes at beauty shows and at makeup counters. I have way too many of them ranging from goat hair to synthetic.The latest addition to the family is the Real Techniques Silicone Eyeliner Brush (€7.50), sent to me courtesy of my favourite online shop Cloud 10 Beauty

I was immediately curious on how a silicone brush would work and was a little sceptical that it would do the same as my trusty traditional eyeliner brush. Real Techniques say the silicone top is flexible enough to provide definition and glide on smoothly.

At first, I found it a little weird getting used to a silicone brush at first but after a couple of practices I found it really easy to get the eyeliner look that I like. I used the brush with an eyeliner gel and found they worked a treat together. What I really like is the smooth effect I archived. Sometimes I find my traditional brush is prone to a stray hair,which can mess up the final look.

I'm really loving this little brush and automatically grab it from my makeup brush holder now.

Paese Matte Makeup Base

About a month ago, I got an email from the lovely people over at Cloud10Beauty to let me know that they were going to be stocking Paese Cosmetics.
