Paese Matte Makeup Base

About a month ago, I got an email from the lovely people over at Cloud10Beauty to let me know that they were going to be stocking Paese Cosmetics. Paese is an award winning Polish Cosmetics brand whose name is derived from an italian word meaning ‘country’ (Pa’eze). Paese cosmetics offer a full range of products from Primers to Foundations, Nail Varnishes and everything in between at very affordable prices.

I was given the opportunity to test out a product so in need of a makeup primer, I asked if I could try the Matte Makeup Base (€8.95). This makeup base is silicon based and claims to effectively mattify and smoothes the skin preparing it for foundations and powders.

I really liked this makeup base, it has quite a velvety texture and glides onto the face really easily. I found that it helped my foundation stay on really well. Something I have been craving for so long. This lovely also contains vitamin E to help restore skin’s youthful appearance. If you have oily/combination skin this is ideal for you.
